Ok, what gives!?
Ok, here's something I noticed the other day... in our culdesac alone we have 4 houses up for sale. I even took a picture of it... I circles the "for sale" signs so you would be able to find them easier.
Now notice the mailbox with the blue arrow? That is a lone home not for sale in the midst of all this... OK Tandee! What Gives!? :) either your house has major B.O. that is driving the neighbors away or it's time to put up a sign.... any sign. I think it's time for a sign.... It's sad to see so many houses for sale! I really hope the market turns around soon!
Wow, it looks like our neighborhood!
The housing market is so bad lately. There have been some houses on our street that have been for sale for a year, now. I'm glad I'm not trying to sell right now.
the rest of the neighborhood isn't as bed, but for some reason or culdesac decided to put all of their houses up within two weeks of each other... before that time it was only our house that was up for sale.
Okay now, April. I do shower! You just started a trend, and now everyone is ready to get on the bandwagon! I think I'll have to put up that "not for sale" sign. I like that idea! =)
