And Here We Go Again....

She's ALLIIIIIIIVEEEEE!

Yes, I hate to inform you..... I know you will all be oh so let down...

I'm still alive.

That's right.

Still breathing. I survived the holiday season!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

somehow at the end of the holidays I'm supposed to come out with some new goals????

I think survival of the holiday season was a great goal! Accomplished. Already! Yay for me.

:D

Actually I do have some goals. errrr... a goal. It's the same as almost everyone else on the planet. CAN YOU GUESS!?!?!?

Yup, loose some poundage.

This is a must do this year. I honestly think it would do wonders for my state of mind. And hopefully it will boost the self image too :)

Hopefully, I can keep up the stamina to actually do it.....

mmmm, guess this means I probably need to give up my strange addiction to bread huh?

(Yes, CARBFEST) Plus, I think maybe if I limited to bread intake I wouldn't snack so much during the day....

Anyone have any ideas as to what habit I should work on acquiring to replace the bread one?

Just wondering...have you checked to see if you're insulin resistant? I've heard if you are, then you tend to crave carbs a lot. I think a blood test can tell you.

Um, if you wanna come over and do Dance Dance Revolution with me to lose some weight, feel free. And if you can get addicted to water, that would be a GREAT substitution.

Yeah. What Nat said about water. At least 64oz. per day. And do something FUN to get up and move around! Wii, anyone???

I'm a carb addict, as well. I do this thing where, if I am hungry for a snack, I think back and make sure I've had enough fruits and veggies for the day. Like, if it's 10 at night, and I'm hungry, I think back to lunch and go, "Did I have any fruits or veggies at lunch?" Usually, the answer is no. So I make myself eat the fruit or veggie instead of the carb. I don't know if it works, or if it's just mainly an OCD thing...
