A Distructive Girls Best Friend!

So this morning I was feeling a bit depressed. Strange as it seams I seam to suffer from seasonal depression in the SPRING... of all times....

Anywho, I was depressed this morning and started to get a little snarky about it. So what did I do you ask? I decided to procrastinate dressing my children (Missy My is STILL in her PJ's) and since my filing box was out I decided to shred all the useless crap I've been holding onto since Jan of last year.

So I made best friends with my shredder :) And you know what? I actually feel a bit better about things now!

Oh and BTW the picture is of Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and no I don't like April O'Niel!

Sometimes destroying things, like paper, makes one feel better.

I've never tried that to aleve the depression. It sounds like it's better than chocolate, which is usually what I turn to!

Well not as fattening as chocolate. just make sure you don't shred your tax return check, that would be bad. so remember kids don't get carried away.

Yeah, I agree throwing things away can be cathartic. My problem is that I get in a super throw EVERYTHING away mode, then I regret it....usually about 15 minutes after the garbage truck comes...

I'm sorry you get spring depression. That sucks. I'm pulling out of my winter depression now, which is great. The more the sun, the happier I get.
