WHY did we rebuild New Orleans again?
Cat 4 (at the moment... wonder if it will turn Cat 5) hurricane headed there again...

I'm so there with ya. But maybe this time people will actually heed the warnings and uh, GET OUT!!
I was asking Ben the other night why people actually live down there. Seriously. I wouldn't stay for more beatings from hurricanes.
