Movie Obsessions

So Goober has a new movie he wants to watch constantly. It's a movie that his Grandma S has (and the kids will be getting from a certain man in red towards the end of December). It's the perfect "quiet" movie because of the near nonexistent script. Most of the movie you can watch without sound and get what is going on.... yeah for those times when the whole house is asleep except for the kids and myself (weekend mornings people!) and I try really hard not to let them wake people up on one of the only "sleep in" days of the week.

The movie is Wall-E.

Goober is obsessed enough to even draw pictures for your entertainment value... and this is a kid that does not like to color! And he drew both of them at least seven times... and this without prompting!

The Man in Red is bringing that movie to a stocking in our house-kid #2, I believe.

Elijah loooooves this movie too. Four years old and he watched it five times in three days. We need to bring it back to blockbuster, but I am afraid of the ramifications!

Ha! When I was pregnant with Millie and feeling sick-ish, Riley watched Finding Nemo like three times a day. Yeah.

So do YOU like Wall-E? (Should I see it, is really what I'm asking.)

Hi. I found you on mormon mommy blogs. We own Wall-E and it gets watched over and over again. This and Kung Fu Panda are the current favorites. Those have to be two of my favorite movies too. My friends and I have started a blog where we review movies (including kids movies) and write about books, and tv shows, etc. Come check us out is you get the chance. blogthedayaway.com
