I am so thankful that my children are friends.

This morning after Jer and Goober left for work and school I was one the computer and Tinkerbell was playing away in the background. As I was engrossed in doing whatever it was that I was doing it came to my attention that Missy was pretending to read a book.

I looked over to see the above picture :) She was trying to read a book to EB. How cute is that!? I'm so glad that they get along most of the time. Granted they do fight sometimes. Mostly Missy accusing EB of saying something that he doesn't yet know how to say. But, heck, sibling are bound to fight. And sometimes when the bickering gets to the point that my sanity about flies out the window I have to remind myself of that.

This afternoon we went over the Gma S's house so that Goober could have a chance to play with some friends. Goober and Missy decided to go together to a friends house. As they skipped and played their way slowly to their friends house I watched in the summer like weather and thought about how nice it is that they play together so well, in fact Goober seldom likes to go to friends houses without Missy coming along.

I hope and pray that my children's friendships with each other lasts their whole lives long. How wonderful would that be?

That's so fun that they play together! I often think that I need to get my kids more exposed to other kids in terms of playing, but they play together so well that I don't worry about it. I hope that your kids, and mine as well, will always be buddies.

That would be amazing if they can continue to be friends. I wish mine could get along. It's like they hate each other, but feel magnetically drawn to eachother.
