Dog
Nope, dog didn't work out... Turbo is too young apparently... or maybe we just aren't "dog people"... not really sure, just know it wasn't going to work. He was a pretty good dog though...
Aww, bye bye doggy. We've tried to have dogs before too, it just felt like having an extra child and I couldn't hack it. So we got a cat instead. Dogs are so fun, though, I'm kinda sad that my kids have to miss out.
I knew a Middle Eastern man who said of Americans, "What's with the dogs? It seems everyone has them." Made me wonder what it'd be like if we had goats for pets instead . . .
Loni and I have many similar thoughts. Yeah, having a dog is like adding another kid. And I cannot handle more kids than I already have. I don't even have time to go pee, let alone take care of another being. Our cat is sooo low-maintenance. I love that. And Ben is in love with cats, so it works.
