The mysterious ways of sleep.

Ok people. I went to bed at 9:30 last night. NINE THIRTY! That is freakin EARLY. Granted, I had a massive headache, which prompted me to skip a hot bath (which I usually do in the event of a headache... because I am a bath person. Really, ask my parents. I can stay in the tub for HOURS with a good book) And for your info I usually go to bed around 11 or possibly 12.

So my question is this: WHY AM I STILL TIRED!?!?

Sometimes I'm tired because I get too much sleep. It could also be because of the change in weather. Or because of your headache. (Dude, I could totally be a doctor!)

I think you're tired because you got up early and worked out, right? Well, I did 30 min of cardio this morning, and that's huge for me. I haven't been to the gym or worked out since I was first pregnant with my 2 year old.

Prego? That's the only thing I can think of as per why you're still tired. And I'm a tub person, too. When I'm upset, tired, or sick in any way at all, no matter what kind of sick, even if I have only had allergies, I head straight to the tub. :)

No one has stated the obvious: you're tired because you have children. Having children is what causes people to age.

But seriously, I dunno. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you're not coming down with something. Like a cold. Or pregnancy. :)

One more thing - I don't understand you "bath" people. I can take 20 minutes, tops, before I'm crazy with boredom. To each their own, I guess...

Gym day 2. And people's feet have been in the bottom of that tub. Dirty, nasty, smelly, gross feet. Not to mention other baby and husband nasties. eeewwww.

Ok... so a good book doesn't keep the boredom away? and as far as feet etc. Cleaning out the tub before you get in is always nice :)
