Isn't it amazing what two simple words together can do? "I'm Sorry" coming from both sides is such a powerful thing. They can truly erase a load of things. Granted, in some cases they cannot make life how it was before those things happened... but they go such a long way!
I really do wish that more of the world knew how to use those words. I really hope that my children learn how to use those words to their fullest meaning.
Tomorrow is a new year, and all is fresh and new. :) I'm not usually one to set "New Year's Resolutions" but this year is different. Tomorrow I start onto my diet again, I start exercising again, and I start potty training the youngest... if he will let me!!
Hope and optimism are such great things to have!

April,
I am sure you and the other parties were sincere in your apologies. Unfortunately, that is not always the case and old wounds can't heal unless there is honesty or atleast, sincerity, but there is forgiveness and it is the most powerful tool given to man to get through any hurt, anguish or sadness. I am glad you will be leaving this year with a smile on your face.

When Ben and I got married, the sealer said that "I'm sorry" was one of the most important phrases we should use in our marriage. It is powerful. I'm so glad things are looking up with the person who hurt you.
I'm looking forward to starting a new year, too. And if you are doing the potty training thing, talk to Chels about that three days book! Good luck with all your resolutions!
